The Venue is a multi award winning live music venue in a beautiful and iconic Grade 2 Star listed building on the south coast of England.

The Venue has fast become one of the leading live music venues in the country and a much sought after television production facility and film location.

 

 

IMPORTANT CONCERT INFORMATION BEFORE YOU VISIT.

 

BAGS POLICY at THE VENUE

 

 The Venue is one of the safest live music venues in the country.  Please do not bring bags to The Venue.  Rucksacks, Backpacks, Travel Bags, Carier Bags, Laptop Cases are NOT permitted in The Venue. You will be asked to return your bag to your vehicle or it must be left outside of The Venue.

Clutch bags must be no larger than an A4 piece of paper.  All bags will be searched by our security team.  

 

 

FOOD and DRINK

 

 Food and Drink purchased outside of The Venue cannot be brought in under any circumstances.  Re-usable water bottles must be left outside The Venue.  Single use bottles of water will have their caps removed and their contents tipped out by security. You will be given your empty bottle back that you can refill with water at the bar for free. 

 

 

RESTRICTED ITEMS 

 

Please leave all restricted items at home. Any resticted items removed by security will be confiscated and may not be returned.

 

 

    

MEDICATION

 

If you need to bring any form of medication with you to The Venue it needs to be in a clear zip bag. Included should be a letter from your doctor or a prescription detailing the medication. The name on the letter or prescription should match that on your ticket. Any sharps will be removed and retained by security, they will be made available if and when they are needed.  

  DISABLED ACCESS

 

At The Venue we have already thought about how we will support you and ensure that you have a safe and enjoyable experience. Everything at The Venue is on one level, we have wide doors, a modern disabled toilet, and a special viewing area. This viewing area is restricted to 5 wheelchairs only. Please contact The Venue before you buy tickets to ensure that we can accomodate you.

 

 

SEATING at THE VENUE

 

 The Venue is a standing live music venue. For certain concerts we do seat it and this will be stated on the promoters adverts or when you buy your tickets. Please do not arrive at a standing concert and demand a chair. We have a VIP area with a limited number of chairs. If you absolutely cannot stand due to a medical condition or a disability you may be able to have one of these chairs but you will need to contact The Venue in advance to reserve one.

 

 

 

NO RE-ADMISSIONS

 

 Once you have entered the main doors and had your ticket scanned you cannot leave the building. The Venue has an area for you to smoke and vape.
