  • How can I book a show at The Venue? Please email hirespace@the-venue.uk
  • Do you sell food at The Venue? Yes, we have a range of hot snacks available.
  • Do you have any seats at The Venue? There are no seats available for standing concerts.
  • Do you have a dresscode at The Venue? No, just as long as you are wearing clothes you are welcome.
  • Do you have a cloakroom at The Venue? Yes, but this is only available if booked by the promoter.
  • Do you have age restrictions at The Venue? Yes. For all live concerts the age restriction policy is 14+ unless stated by the promoter. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Up to 4 under 16's can be looked after by one adult. Please note The Venue operates a Challenge 25 policy at the bar.
  • I am a charity, can I have The Venue for free? No. The Venue is not available to anyone for free. There are specially reduced rates for charity and community organisations.
  • Do you have a guest list at The Venue? Yes. The box office have a guest/relations list. This is operated and controlled by the promoter.
  • Is there disabled access at The Venue? Yes. There is on street disabled parking, step free access and disabled toilets.
  • Does The Venue sell tickets? No. The promoter is responsible for the sale of all tickets.
  • Can I hire The Venue for a private event? Yes. Please email hirespace@the-venue.uk
  • Can I bring my own food into The Venue? No. For private hire this may be possible.
  • Can I bring my own drink into The Venue? No. For private hire this may be possible.
  • Is there a fee for selling merchandise at The Venue? No, there is no fee for selling tour merchandise at The Venue.
  • What do I do if I lose something at The Venue? Please email info@the-venue.uk
  • Can I take photographs at The Venue? The Venue have no objections but from time to time the artiste may. This will be displayed on entry at the door.
  • What time do shows start at The Venue? Doors open for all standard concerts at 19.15.
  • What time do shows finish at The Venue? All standard concerts end at 22.30.
  • If I leave The Venue during a show can I be re-addmitted? There are no re-admissions should you chose to leave The Venue.
  • Can I hire The Venue to make a music video? Yes. Please email hirespace@the-venue.uk
  • Is The Venue available for Film and Television Production? Yes. Please email hirespace@the-venue.uk

  • Is there any parking at The Venue? There is a large carpark 2 minutes walk from The Venue that is FREE after 18:00.
  • Do you use flashing lights at The Venue? Yes, these form part of the stage production.
  • Can I pay with cash at the bar? No, The Venue operates a cashless bar.
  • Are bags searched at The Venue? Yes. Female security personnel perform this task.
